Rather than a single celebrity chef, the kitchen is led by a team of Gaúcho Chefs trained in the traditional art of churrasco — seasoning, skewering, and carving meat tableside, night after night, to the exact standard the tradition demands.

It's a direct echo of the Pampas, where Gaúcho cowboys once roasted meat over open pits after a long day on the range — and where the tradition Chamas do Brazil honors today first began.
